Returns Policy

We want you to love your KLC Studio dress! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Sale items and final sale products are not eligible for return

How to Return:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and authorization
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
