Returns & Exchanges

We hope you absolutely love your KLC Studio pieces. Each piece is thoughtfully designed in Australia and handcrafted in small batches.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Tags attached

To start a return or exchange, please email hello@klcstudio.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns

Damaged or incorrect item?
Please check your order when it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us straight away so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll notify you when your refund has been approved. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
