Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your KLC Studio pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original condition.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@klcstudio.com with your order number.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note:

• Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.

Damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if there are any issues so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you once your refund has been approved. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
